辐射处理在玉米幼穗培养中的作用

两个玉米自交系的幼穗培养物经~(60)Co处理,愈伤组织发育胚状体的能力不变,但其畸变率高,分化能力弱.试验认为:对胚状体进行500伦处理,既可有较高的突变频率,再生能力降低的幅度又不大,胚状体两极性对~(60)Co敏感性不一致.

EFFECT OF γ-RADIATION ON IMMATURE EAR CULTURE IN MAIZE

The materials derived from immature ear culture of two self-bredlines were treated with ~(60)Co-radiation. Even though the frequency ofembryonic cells forming did not decrease, the frequency of distortionincreased and ability of differentiation was weaker. We think the em-bryonic cells treated with ~(60)Co-radiation of 500 ren produce not onlyhigh frequency of distortion, maintain but also the ability of differen-tiation. Meanwhile, the radiosensitivity of two poles of embryo differed.
