竹材原态多方重组材料的创新与初探

竹材重组是竹材加工利用的一种形式,现行的竹材重组技术破坏了竹子本身具有的优良原态结构。竹材原态多方重组材料的创新研发,运用了仿生学原理,保持了整竹竹节中空、外密内疏,抗弯、抗剪及抗压能力强等原态特点,可制造出高强度、大跨度的建筑结构材料。笔者分析了当前竹材重组技术背景及不足,介绍了竹材原态多方重组材料概念的提出及研发,初步进行了仿生蜂窝及多边形化与竹材重组的力学分析。提出了其关键工艺技术及其研究现状,最后展望了竹材原态多方重组材料的应用前景及重要意义。
