摘    要:[目的]建立了用一种前处理方法同时检测食用菌中多种有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和有机磷类农药残留量的分析方法。[方法]试样经乙酸乙酯-正己烷(体积比1∶1)溶液提取,浓缩后用PSA填料,ENVI-Carb柱净化,然后用GC-μECD和GC-FPD测定,外标法定量。[结果]17种农药在0.005~0.250 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数r〉0.999,样品添加量为0.01~0.05 mg/kg时回收率达70%~119%,相对标准偏差小于11.2%,定量下限为0.01~0.05 mg/kg。[结论]该方法准确、简单,适用于蔬菜中多种农药残留的检测。

Abstract:[Objective] A method for multi-residues detection of organochlorine,pyrethroid and organophosphorus pesticide residues in edible fungi with one pretreatment method was investigated in this study.[Method] Sample was extracted with ethyl acetate-n-hexane(1∶1 by volume).It was cleaned up with PSA packing and ENVI-Carb column.And it was determined by GC-μECD and GC-FPD using external standard.[Result] Calibration curves of 17 pesticides were linear between 0.005 mg/L and 0.250 mg/L,with correlation coefficients of more than 0.999.Recoveries of the pesticides were in the range of 70%-119% with relative standard deviations of no more than 11.2% in a spiked concentration range of 0.01-0.05 mg/kg.The limits of quantification ranged from 0.01 mg/kg to 0.05 mg/kg.[Conclusion] The established method was accurate and simple,and was suitable for the determination of various pesticides residues in vegetables.
