摘    要:组织文化是组织核心能力的基础.图书馆作为组织实体,应充分认识组织文化与核心能力的关系,进而建设有利于增强核心能力的组织文化.在此阐述了核心能力和组织文化的基本概念,并对构建适应图书馆棱心能力的组织文化进行了详细论述.

Abstract:Organization culture is the core competence of the organization based. The library as organization entity, should ful- ly understand the organization culture and core power relations, and to strengthen construction of the core compe- tence of the organization culture. This paper expounds the core ability and organizational culture of the basic con- cepts, and to construct the core competence of the library organization culture are discussed in detail.
