| 摘 要： | 通过分析国内大学生网络行为道德失范以及触犯法律的现状，发现其存在的问题，进而提出高校图书馆虚拟社区人文防御的建设理念和措施，有利于社区成员与管理人员之间形成一种既配合又监督的融洽关系，从而使社区形成良性循环。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we put forward the construction of university library virtual eommunity cultural defense concept and measures by analyzing the domestic college students network moral anomie behavior and breaking the law present situation .This construction is good at forming a harmonious relationship of both cooperation and supervision be- tween community members and managers. |
