| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代，城市竞争优势的建立与当地知识产权的发展状况有着愈来愈紧密的联系。以2006年-2011年为基本时段，对惠州市近六年来的专利申请与授权结构进行分析，研究影响惠州市专利质量水平发展的因素，并在此基础上提出了相应的对策。
