| Abstract: | The Fourth plenary session of the 17th Party Central Committee has taken the new rural construction as the key- stone of all tasks and ted the society resources to the rura! area. University should play important role in this project with the advantage of resources. Aim atthe misconstrue, this paper analyzed the significance and necessity of uni- versity libraries＇ service for new rural construction; hencei indicated the tendency and supported feasible solution based on mobile intemet. |
