摘    要:选择贫瘠土壤,采用盆栽试验,不同时间收获小白菜,采收后进行不同配方营养液的水培处理24、48、72h,测定硝酸盐含量,并与市售的多种蔬菜进行比较研究。结果表明:不同生长发育阶段蔬菜的硝酸盐含量不同,生长前期的硝酸盐含量大于后期,适当晚收有利于降低蔬菜中的硝酸盐含量。

Preliminary Report on The Effect of Different Nutrient Solution on Nitrate Content in Vegetables

Abstract:[ Objective] The aim was to seek for the simple , convenient and feasible approach of decreasing the nitrate contents in leaf vegetables. [ Method] The poor soil was selected and the pakchoi was harvested at different time in the pot experiment. The harvested pakchoi were treated by watercuhure with different nutrient solution formulas for 24,48 and 72 h , then their nitrate contents were determined and compared with that in various vegeta2bles in market . [ Result] The nitrate contents were different in the vegetables in different growth and development stages and that in the early growth stagewere higher than that in the late growth stage. Properly late harvest was in favor of decreasing the nitrate contents in the vegetables.
