| 摘 要： | 中药现代化要求中药材资源的知识产权保护与标准化生产,地理标志保护是农产品与食品的知识产权保护重要内容。安徽现有19种国家地理标志产品,其中,道地药材类有4种,分别为滁菊、黄山贡菊、凤丹、霍山石斛。介绍安徽省国家地理标志产品保护概况,并从产品种类、保护范围、地理标志产品专用标志、国家质量标准、地理标志商标、中药材GAP认证等方面,分析安徽道地药材类国家地理标志产品的保护现状与存在的问题,并提出了针对性发展对策。
