摘 要: | 硬脂酰辅酶A去饱和酶(SCD)是催化主要包括棕榈酰CoA(C16:0)、硬脂酰CoA(C18:0)在内的饱和脂肪酸(SFA)产生单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)合成的关键酶,对牛奶、脂肪组织中脂肪酸的组成以及肌肉间脂肪沉积有着重要影响。文章概述了近年来牛SCD基因相关的研究进展。

Abstract: | Stearoyl-coenzyme A desaturase (SCD) is the key enzyme that is responsible for the conversion of saturated fatty acids to monounsaturated fatty acids, with stearoyl-CoA (C18:0) and palmitoyl-CoA (C16:0) as its substrates. It is very important for the composition of milk, adipose tissues and deposition of fat in muscle. The progress of bovine SCD gene was reviewed in this paper. |
