| 摘 要： | 硬脂酰辅酶A去饱和酶（SCD）是催化主要包括棕榈酰CoA（C16：0）、硬脂酰CoA（C18：0）在内的饱和脂肪酸（SFA）产生单不饱和脂肪酸（MUFA）合成的关键酶，对牛奶、脂肪组织中脂肪酸的组成以及肌肉间脂肪沉积有着重要影响。文章概述了近年来牛SCD基因相关的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Stearoyl-coenzyme A desaturase （SCD） is the key enzyme that is responsible for the conversion of saturated fatty acids to monounsaturated fatty acids, with stearoyl-CoA （C18：0） and palmitoyl-CoA （C16：0） as its substrates. It is very important for the composition of milk, adipose tissues and deposition of fat in muscle. The progress of bovine SCD gene was reviewed in this paper. |
