我国劳动争议多元化解决机制研究

摘    要:劳动争议不仅涉及劳资双方的利益,而且关系着整个社会的公共利益。因此,及时、高效解决劳动争议、化解劳动纠纷是构建和谐劳动关系的基础。《劳动争议调解仲裁法》的颁布实施,为多元化纠纷解决机制的建立提供了法律依据。对劳动争议多元化解决的合理性进行了分析。

Abstract:Labor disputes not only involve in the interests of employers and employees,but they also have relation to the public interest of the entire society.So it is the foundation for building harmonious labor relations to resolve the labor disputes betimes and efficiently.The promulgation and implementation of Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law has provided legal basis for the establishment of diverse dispute resolution mechanism.The rationality of labor disputes diverse resolution was analyzed.
