栀子黄色素的二氧化碳超临界萃取研究

摘    要:采用超临界萃取法提取栀子黄色素,研究了萃取压力、萃取时间、萃取温度、流体流量等工艺条件对提取栀子黄色素的影响。结果表明,流体流量对栀子黄色素色价的影响最大。用含乙醇为60%的溶液为夹带剂,采用萃取压力为25MPa,萃取温度为45℃,流体流量为8L/h,萃取2h能获得较好的萃取效率,此时所得栀子黄色素的色价达1.00。

Abstract:Using supercritical fluid extraction method (SFE) to extract gardenia yellow pigment (GYP), and the influences ofprocess conditions (extraction pressure, extraction time, extraction temperature and fluid flow rate, etc.) on extraction of gardenia yellow pigment were studied. The results indicated that the influence of fluid flow rate on the color value of gardenia yellow pigment was the largest. The extraction efficiency was better when the entrainer was the solution contained 60% ethanol, the extraction pressure was 25 MPa, the extraction tem'perature was 45℃, fluid flow rate was 8 L/h and the extraction time was 2 h, meanwhile the color value of gardenia yellow pigment reached 1.00.
