| Abstract: | A survey of the resistance of wild potatoes to the potato root eelworm and the use made of this property in potato-breeding is presented. Several biotypes of this parasite have been found to exist. The use of resistant varieties in the control of the potato root eelworm, in connection with other methods of control (crop rotation and soil disinfestation), is discussed. |
