多元主体协同参与乡村振兴的路径探索

乡村振兴离不开基层党组织、基层政府、农村居民、社会组织以及市场主体积极参与。但事实上，基层党组织没有能够充分发挥作用，基层政府的角色表现不明显，农民的参与意愿不高，社会组织的参与力度不够，市场主体参与积极性不高。为了充分调动各类主体积极参与并形成合力，必须探索以解决问题为导向，以互联网为依托，以协商为手段，以网络治理为平台的多元主体协同参与新路径。

Path Exploration of Multi body Cooperative Participation in Rural Revitalization

Rural revitalization cannot be separated from the active participation of grass roots party organizations, grass roots governments, rural residents, social organizations and market entity. In fact, grass roots party organizations have not played their part excellently; grass roots governments have not given full play to their role; rural residents, social organizations and market entity have not showed a strong willingness of participation. In order to fully mobilize all kinds of main bodies to actively participate in rural revitalization and form cooperative effect, it is necessary to explore a new path of multi body cooperative participation, which is problem solving oriented and internet based and takes consultation as the method and network governance as the platform.
