安徽省当前食品安全问题的产生原因及治理对策探讨

近年来食品安全问题已经成为民众最为关心的话题之一。通过对安徽省各主要市县区的考察发现，当前我省在种植业、养殖业、食品加工以及餐饮服务等领域的食品安全问题比较严重，食品安全问题产生的深层次原因主要是食品生产经营主体规模小数量多，从业人员法律意识淡薄，食品安全监管人员不足，专业人才缺乏，同时食品安全协同监管和社会共治局面有待改善。因此，为了加强安徽省食品安全问题的治理，就需要促进食品生产经营主体规模化发展，加强食品安全监管队伍的建设，要推进各部门协同监管和社会共治的形成。

On Causes of Current Food Safety Issues in Anhui Province and Some Countermeasures

In recent years, food safety has become one of the top concerns of the public. The investigation made in major cities and counties in Anhui Province reveals that food safety situation is very serious in some fields like planting, breeding, food processing, catering and so on. The deep reasons behind the phenomenon are mainly rooted in the small scale and large quantity of food production and management subjects, faint legal consciousness of practitioners, shortage of food safety supervisors and professionals, and imperfection in cooperative supervision and social management. Therefore, in order to reinforce food safety management in the province, it is necessary to promote the scale development of food production and management subjects, strengthen the construction of food safety supervisor teams, and boost cooperative supervision among different government departments and social management.
