| 摘 要： | 清末时期,安徽淮河流域水旱灾害频发,对该地区的农业经济和农村社会秩序产生了严重的影响,主要包括对农作物的破坏,对农田水利设施的损坏,对农业劳动力的伤害,造成农业人口的大量流动,扰乱正常的农村经济秩序和农村社会秩序混乱动荡等方面。

| Abstract: | In the late Qing dynasty, drought and flood frequently struck the Huaihe River Basin in Anhui Province, exerting serious influences on agricultural economy and rural social order of the area, which mainly include the damage to crops, destroy of farmland water conservancy works, harm to agricultural labor forces, movement of agricultural population, disturbance to rural economic and social order and so on. |
