基于我国苹果产业面临的新形势,明确了苹果产业的基本定位:一是苹果实现足量供应,满足了人民生活需求;二是阶段性供过于求和结构性供不应求并存;三是苹果新旧动能转换还需要较长时间。提出了新形势下苹果产业的发展趋势,即产业布局进一步优化,巩固优势区,强化特色区;强化果业科技创新;进一步鼓励工商资本和企业进入苹果产业;挖掘苹果资源,拓展果业功能,推动一二三产业融合与发展;加大物联网、大数据和人工智能等新技术在苹果产业中的研究与应用;支持产业引智、引才、引资,以开放的心态推动苹果产业的健康发展;立足国际国内两个市场,通过市场引导生产,通过生产创造市场,创造消费,引导消费。
