云和雪梨气调贮藏效果研究

摘    要:通过对气调贮藏的云和雪梨分阶段进行成熟期的理化指标观察记录,分析云和雪梨在采后贮藏过程中商品性状的变化规律,探索云和雪梨最佳的气调贮藏期。试验表明,经气调贮藏186 d,云和雪梨仍能保持良好的商品性,果皮有色泽,无明显病害,果肉可溶性固形物含量10.60~12.90 Brix,硬度5.55~9.20 kg/cm^2,口感较为松脆、淡甜、汁多。云和雪梨气调贮藏可达186 d左右,比普通商业冷库保鲜延长3个月左右,气调保鲜贮藏效果较好。
