| 摘 要： | 破壳作为核桃产品深加工的重要环节,对整仁率的提高、核桃产业的収展和经济价值的提升具有重要作用。我国核桃产量的不断增加、核桃加工规模的逐步增大,对我国核桃破壳装备提出了新要求。为此,概述了国内外核桃破壳特性的研究迚展,归纳了核桃破壳技术与装备的研究成果,分析了相关技术装备的优缺点,旨在为我国核桃破壳装备的性能优化提供参考和依据。

| Abstract: | Shell breaking as an important part of walnut products further processing,plays an important role in improving the kernel rate,the development of walnut industry and the promotion of economic value.The continuous increase of walnut production and the gradual increase of walnut processing scale put forward new requirements for walnut shell breaking equipment in China.So the research progress on the property of walnut shell breaking at home and abroad is summarized,the research results of the technology and equipment of the walnut shell breaking,the advantages and disadvantages of the related technical equipment are analyzed.The purpose is to provide the reference basis for the performance optimization of the walnut shell breaking equipment. |
