摘    要:为探讨低温胁迫下不同浓度外源一氧化氮(Nitric Oxide,NO)对仁用杏花器官生理生化特性的影响,选用仁用杏‘优一’品种的花器官为试材,以清水为对照,喷施0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5 mmol/L外源NO供体硝普钠(Sodium nitroprusside,SNP),研究经-2℃低温胁迫4 h后仁用杏花器官生理指标的变化。结果表明:与对照相比,0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5 mmol/L SNP处理使‘优一’花器官相对电导率分别降低了2.95%、8.61%、11.96%、17.92%、8.33%,膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量分别降低了6.19%、10.34%、21.24%、28.13%、14.11%,H2O2含量分别降低了4.21%、8.19%、9.58%、13.72%、7.79%,O2-产生速率分别降低了39.29%、46.43%、58.33%、65.48%、55.95%;不同浓度SNP处理可提高花器官的抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量,从而缓解低温对仁用杏花器官的伤害,提高其抗寒性。综合来看,SNP浓度为0.4 mmol/L时效果最佳。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of different concentrations of exogenous nitric oxide on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of kernel apricot floral organs under low temperature stress,the floral organs of the cultivar‘Youyi’were used as experimental materials,and the water was used as the control.The apricot floral organs were sprayed 0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5 mmol/L exogenous NO donor sodium nitroprusside(SNP),the changes of physiological indicators of kernel apricot floral organs after 4 h low temperature stress at-2℃were studied.The results showed that compared with the CK,treatments with 0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5 mmol/L SNP reduced the relative electrolytic leakage of‘Youyi’floral organs by 2.95%,8.61%,11.96%,17.92%,8.33%respectively;MDA content of membranous peroxidation products decreased by 6.19%,10.34%,21.24%,28.13%,14.11%respectively;H2O2 content decreased by 4.21%,8.19%,9.58%,13.72%,7.79%respectively;and the generation rate of O2-was reduced by 39.29%,46.43%,58.33%,65.48%,55.95%respectively.Different concentrations of SNP treatment could increase the antioxidant enzyme activity and osmotic adjustment substance content of flower organs,so as to alleviate the damage of low temperature on kernel apricot floral organs and improve the cold resistance of kernel apricot floral organs.This study showed that 0.4 mmol/L concentration of SNP could obtain the best effects.
