| 摘 要： | 以辣椒软果材料10C12和硬果材料10C08杂交获得的123株F2分离群体为作图群体，利用SRAP与SSR分子标记构建一张包含26个SSR标记，78个SRAP标记位点的辣椒分子遗传连锁图谱。该图谱覆盖长度为762.2 cM，共包含了13个连锁群，平均图距为7.3 cM。通过MapQTL4.0分析，检测到3个控制果实硬度的QTL位点：fi1.1、fi1.2和fi5.1，其中fi1.1与fi1.2位于连锁群LG1上，fi5.1位于LG5上。这些QTL位点对果实硬度性状表型变异的贡献率分别为12.3 %、15.6 %、9.7 %。
