辣椒遗传连锁图谱的构建及果实硬度的QTL分析

摘    要:以辣椒软果材料10C12和硬果材料10C08杂交获得的123株F2分离群体为作图群体,利用SRAP与SSR分子标记构建一张包含26个SSR标记,78个SRAP标记位点的辣椒分子遗传连锁图谱。该图谱覆盖长度为762.2 cM,共包含了13个连锁群,平均图距为7.3 cM。通过MapQTL4.0分析,检测到3个控制果实硬度的QTL位点:fi1.1、fi1.2和fi5.1,其中fi1.1与fi1.2位于连锁群LG1上,fi5.1位于LG5上。这些QTL位点对果实硬度性状表型变异的贡献率分别为12.3 %、15.6 %、9.7 %。

Abstract:In this study,a population of F2 generation including 123 plants derived from the pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)cross between firmness weak line 10C12 and firmness hard line 10C08 was used as mapping population.Accessions were analyzed using SRAP and SSR.The map consisted of 26 SSR markers and 78 SRAP markers,which belonged to 13 linkage groups and the covered length was 762.2 cM with an average genetic distance of 7.3 cM.Mapping of the quantitative trait loci of the fruit firmness was analyzed by software MapQ...
