| 摘 要： | 阿魏侧耳是一种具有广阔开发前景的珍稀食用菌，为了确立阿魏侧耳高产栽培技术，我们对阿魏侧耳菌丝生长最适碳源、氮源营养及碳氮比进行了试验，结果表明，阿魏侧耳菌丝生长的最适碳源是麦芽糖，最适氮源是蛋白胨，最适碳氮比是40：1。

| Abstract: | Pleurotus Ferulae is a kind of precious edible fungus and has great potential in commercial production.In order to establish the higher yield cultivation techniques,the C-sources and N-sources required by the mycelia grouth of pleurotus Ferulae were studied.The results showed that the best C-sources was matose,the best N-sources was peptone and the favorable ratio of matose to peptone was 40:1. |
