阿魏侧耳菌丝生长对碳、氮营养需求的研究

摘    要:阿魏侧耳是一种具有广阔开发前景的珍稀食用菌,为了确立阿魏侧耳高产栽培技术,我们对阿魏侧耳菌丝生长最适碳源、氮源营养及碳氮比进行了试验,结果表明,阿魏侧耳菌丝生长的最适碳源是麦芽糖,最适氮源是蛋白胨,最适碳氮比是40:1。

Abstract:Pleurotus Ferulae is a kind of precious edible fungus and has great potential in commercial production.In order to establish the higher yield cultivation techniques,the C-sources and N-sources required by the mycelia grouth of pleurotus Ferulae were studied.The results showed that the best C-sources was matose,the best N-sources was peptone and the favorable ratio of matose to peptone was 40:1.
