海南文昌生态站周边植物叶片养分含量变化分析

摘    要:[目的]比较分析海南文昌生态站周边植物叶片养分含量.[方法]基于海南文昌生态站长期连续观测要求,结合生态站项目研究内容,在生态站周边东郊镇、昌洒镇、文教镇、文城镇4个标准样地内选取文昌棰、百日青、山竹子、琼崖海棠、晃伞枫、椰子、潺槁树、海莲、黄瑾、木麻黄、湿加松11个树种,分别于2016年7月12日、2016年11月8日、2017年4月27日和2017年7月4日采集各树种叶片,进行全氮、全磷、全钾、全钙、全镁含量比较.[结果]2017年4月27日采集叶片全氮和全磷含量显著高于其他日期采集叶片的含量.2017年4月27日采集叶片全钾含量显著高于2017年7月4日采集的全钾含量.2016年7月12日叶片全钙含量显著低于其他日期采集叶片的含量.4次取样叶片全镁含量之间差异不显著.[结论]该研究可为森林生态养分储存和循环提供科学依据.

Analysis of Main Nutrient Contents in Leaves of Plants around Wenchang Ecological Station of Hainan
Abstract:[Objective]To compare and analyze nutrient content of plant leaves around Wenchang Ecological Station of Hainan. [Mehtod] Based on the long-term continuous observation requirements of Wenchang Ecological Station of Hainan, selected the 4 standard samples of the eastern suburbs, Changsan town, Wenjiao town and Wencheng district, which were selected from the ecological station, 11 species of main tree species, such as Castanopsis wenchangensis, Podocarpus neriifolius D. Don, Garcinia mangostana L, Calophyllum inophyllum L, Hetero-panax fragrans ( Roxb. ) Seem. , Cocos nucifera L. ,Litseaglutinosa( Lour. ) C. B. Rob, Bruguierasexangula, Hibiscustiliaceus, Casuarina equi-setifolia and pinus elliottii × p. caribaea. The contents of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium were compared. [ Result] The results showed that the leaf nitrogen content and phosphorus contents of the collected leaves was significantly higher than that of the other days on April 27, 2017. The potassium content of leaves collected on April 27, 2017 was significantly higher than that of leaves collected on July 4, 2017. The calcium content was significantly lower than that of other days on July 12, 2016, and there was no significant difference in the leaf magnesium content. [ Conclusion] This study can provide scientific basis for nutrient storage and cycling in forest ecosystems.
