| Abstract: | Many factors affecting agricultural science and technolgy achievements transformation were analyzed,and pointed out these factores how to affect the agricultural sience and tchnology ahievements tansformation,and discussed how to make full use of these factors promoting the transformation of achievements,and how to carry on the reasonable evaluation of aricultural sience and tchnology ahievements were discussed. |
