2种自动凯氏定氮仪的对比分析

摘    要:从自动凯氏定氮仪中挑选2种分别使用电位法和颜色法对于最终结果进行判断的仪器,介绍这2种凯氏定氮仪的工作原理及主要部件,使用这2种仪器分别对豆粕、大豆等进行蛋白检测与分析,并对2种仪器工作效率、试剂消耗及维护成本等方面进行综合分析。结果表明:Vapodest 50s和KJELTEC 8400这2种仪器都能很好地进行样品粗蛋白含量的检测试验。但是从工作效率和维护成本方面来看,KJELTEC 8400自动凯氏定氮仪要相对优于Vapodest 50s自动凯氏定氮仪,后者蒸馏滴定时间较长,人工参与度高,后期使用维护成本较高,不利于实验室工作优化。

Comparison and Analysis of Two Automatic Kjeldahl Apparatus
Abstract:Two kinds of instruments used in the automatic Kjeldahl apparatus were selected to determine the final result by using potentiometry and color methods respectively. We introduced the working principle and main parts of the two Kjeldahl apparatus;the two instruments were used to detect the protein of soybean and soybean meal, and analyzed the result. Comprehensive analysis of the two instruments in work effi-ciency, reagent consumption and maintenance cost were carried out. The results showed that: the two kinds of instruments could be used to well determine sample crude protein content. However, seeing from work efficiency and maintenance cost, the KJELTEC 8400 automatic Kjel-dahl apparatus was better than the Vapodest 50s automatic Kjeldahl apparatus. Because the Vapodest 50s automatic Kjeldahl apparatus needed longer Distillation titration time, high human participation and higher maintenance cost in late stage, the Vapodest 50s automatic Kjeldahl ap-paratus went against the laboratory work optimization.
