摘    要:目的]评价50%氟啶虫胺腈水分散粒剂对水稻的安全性.方法]采用室外盆栽法,研究50%氟啶虫胺腈水分散粒剂对水稻生长与结实的影响.结果]在水稻的分蘖期和生殖生长期施用120、240和480 g/hm~2 50%氟啶虫胺腈水分散粒剂1530 d,各品种水稻苗均未发现叶色退绿、变化、叶片皱缩等明显药害症状,且施用不同剂量50%氟啶虫胺腈水分散粒剂后,ASD7、TN1、广两优476这3个品种在株高、分蘖数、每株成穗数、每穗着粒数及千粒重方面与清水对照区相比无显著差异.结论]在设计剂量范围内,50%氟啶虫胺腈水分散粒剂对水稻的营养生长和产量均无显著影响,施用安全.

Safety Evaluation on 50% Sulfoxaflor Water Dispersible Granules to Rice
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to evaluate the safety of 50% sulfoxaflor water dispersible granules ( WDG) to rice. Method] The effect of 50% sulfoxaflor WDG on growth and toughness of rice was evaluated by pot experiment. Result] Results indicated that no obvious phyto-toxicity symptoms such as leaf color fading, color change and shrinkage were observed on all 3 varieties tested of rice seedlings during tillering and reproductive stage, after applications of 50% sulfoxaflor WDG at 120, 240 and 480 g/hm2 for a duration of 15-30 d. In addition, no sig-nificant differences were found on ASD7, TN1 and Guangliangyou 476 under different doses of 50% sulfoxaflor WDG in aspects of plant height, tiller number, the ear number per plant, the grain number per panicle and 1000-grain weight compared with those of clear water con-trol. Conclusion] In conclusion, there were no significant influences in vegetative growth and the yield of rice within the designing dose of 50% sulfoxaflor WDG.
