家蚕抗氟性遗传研究——Ⅱ.抗氟性遗传成分分析

摘    要:家蚕抗氟性的遗传,表现为不完全显性.主要由基因的加性效应控制的,但也有显性效应和母体效应,抗氟性还表现非母体的正反交差异.显性效应为非单向性的.显性位点上的基因分布为不对称性.显性基因总数约为隐性基因总数的1.76倍.抗氟性遗传力估值为90.7%.抗氟性与茧质性状的遗传相关有正的相关关系.但相关性不显著.

Abstract:A complete diallel cross anaysis indicated that inheritance of resistance to fluorine in Bombyx mori was incompletely dominant and that the incomplete dominance was mainly controlled by additive effect and dominant effect of genes. The resistance to fluorine was discovered to have a female-parent effect and there exists a difference between cross and back cross in non-female parent. The dominant effect displayed a non-mono-dircc-tion. The number of dominant genes was about 1.76 times of the number of recessive gene. An unsymmctrical gene distribution was found on dominant loci. The hcritability of resistance to fluorine was high (h=90.7%). A positive genetic correlation was observed between resistance to fluorine and cocoon quality, but the correlation coefficient was not significant.
