摘    要:介绍了金属带式无级变速器(CVT)的工作原理及其液压控制方法,并详细说明了CVT主动缸和从动缸的作用.从力学分析的观点阐述了动压产生的原因,通过从动缸动压补偿的方法消除了CVT动压带来的不利影响,使CVT的液压控制系统工作更精确.该方法的应用对解决类似问题具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:The principle of metal belt Continuously Variable Transmission(CVT) and the method of hydraulic control were introduced.The functions of primary and secondary cylinder were also illustrated.Then the reason of centrifugal pressure and its disadvantage were explained in the view of force analysis,so the hydraulic control system can run well.The method will provide values for solving this kind of problems.
