锌在猪体组织内的分布及对生长繁殖的影响

摘    要:为了探讨锌的生理指标和对猪生长繁殖的影响,共测试了13种组织的锌含量,并进行了猪的补锌试验,试验共分6组,1组为对照组,2——6组在基础日粮中分别递加锌20ppm,观察不同锌水平对猪生长发育,生产性能及繁殖能力的影响,并从我省不同地区采取肝、脾、心、肾、肌肉、脑、血、毛、初乳、常乳、精液、睾丸、附睾等1023份样品进行了测定。结果表明,在自然饲养情况下,锌含量的范围是(以 ppm 干重计);肝为202——440;脾为110——253;肾为83——212;心肌为66——207;肌肉为114——267;毛为116——350。饲养试验表明,每公斤饲料含锌90—100毫克,对肥育猪的生长较为适宜。组织内锌的适宜含量应为(以 ppm 干重计);肝为445,脾为335,肾为227,心肌为208,肌肉为233。每公斤饲料含锌90—110毫克,对母猪的生长发育、受胎产仔、繁殖能力效果最好。


The Distribution of Zinc in Tissues of Pigs And Its Effect on The Growth And Reproduction of Pigs.
Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of the physiological indices of zinc on the growth and reproduction of pigs,the amounts of zinc in 13 different tissues of pigs were determined and on adding—zinc experiment was done. In this experiment,There were 6 groups of pigs.Group 1 was the check group,as for groups 2—6,a successive addition of 20 ppm of zinc was made n their respective basic rations.The effects of various levels of Zinc Con- tent on the growth,developement,productivity and prolificacy were odserved and 1023 samples of Liver,spleen,heart,kidney,muscle,brain,blood, coat,colostrum,milk,semen,testis,epididymis etc.taken from different regions of shanxi province were examined.This experiment shows that un- der general feeding condition,the ranges of zinc contents(ppm dry weight) are:liver,202—440;spleen,110—253;kidney,83—212;cardiac muscle,66—207; muscle,114—267;Coat,116—350. The feeding experiment shows that 90—100 miligrams of zinc in one kilo- gram of feeds is beneficial to the growth and developement of fattening pigs, The desiruble Zinc Contents in tissues(ppm dry weight)Should be:liver, 445;spleen,335;kidney,227;cardiac muscle,208;musele,233.90—100 milig- rams of zinc in one kilogram of feeds has best effect on the growth,develop- ment,conception,farrowing and prolificacy of sows.
