NaCl胁迫对黑籽南瓜和西葫芦种子萌发影响的对比研究

摘    要:用不同浓度的NaCl胁迫处理黑籽南瓜和西葫芦种子,观察其发芽情况,计算发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数,进行对比分析.结果表明,黑籽南瓜种子萌发对盐水生境的适应性比西葫芦强,黑籽南瓜种子萌发的NaCl胁迫浓度适宜值为50.66 mmol/L,而西葫芦为43.98 mmol/L .

Abstract:This paper deals with the comparative studies of germination rate,germination viability,germination index,vigor index of Cucurbita ficifolia and Cucurbita pepo seed streated by different NaCl stresses.The results indicate that Cucurbita ficifolia seed germination has stronger adaptability to saline water habitat than Cucurbita pepo,and that the suitabilities of NaCl stress to seed germination are 50.66 mmol/L for Cucurbita ficifolia and 43.98 mmol/L for Cucurbita pepo respectively.
