| Abstract: | This paper reviews the characteristics of sexual expression and the inheritance of sex in chieh-qua under natural conditions. The expression of flower sex under induction both by chemicals and cultivation methods, the action mechanism of chemicals used, utilization of the sexual alteration in breeding and commercial production are also sketched. |
