摘    要:采用平皿生长速率法,测定了4种杀菌剂对八仙花叶斑病的病原叶点霉菌的室内毒力。结果表明,4种药剂对该病原菌都有抑制作用。杀灭尔、多菌灵、灭菌宝和福星4种药剂对叶点霉菌的有效中浓度(EC50)分别为244.37,72.70,126.76和5.25mg/L,其中福星对叶点霉菌的抑制效果最好。4种药剂的相关系数均在0.96以上,药剂浓度与抑制作用呈正相关。

Abstract:Toxicity of four fungicides to Phyllosticta hydrangeae was measured by plate growth rate method. The results showed that the four fungicides inhibited the growth of Phyllosticta hydrangeae obviously, and the EC 50 of Thiophanate-methyl,Carbendazim, Mancozeb and Flusilazole were 244.37, 72.70, 126.76 and 5.25 mg/L, respectively, and Flusilazole was the best. The coefficients of correlation of four fungicides were all above 0.96, and the correlation between fungicide concentration and inhibition was positive.
