| 摘 要： | 桑皮苷是桑白皮中具有药用保健功能的成分之一。为了从桑白皮中高效提取桑皮苷,比较了超声波提取法和冷浸提取法的提取效果,针对不同提取方法的工艺条件如溶剂、原料质量浓度、提取温度和提取液pH值等因子进行了优选试验。通过高效液相色谱紫外检测法(HPLC)检测提取样品中的桑皮苷含量,确定采用超声波法的提取效果较好,在以75%乙醇作为提取溶剂和原料质量浓度67 g/L、提取液pH 7、提取温度25℃的工艺条件下,桑皮苷的提取得率可达1.346%。
