营养条件对桦褐孔菌菌丝生长及多糖含量的影响

摘    要:进行了不同碳源、氮源、微量元素对桦褐孔菌菌丝生长及多糖含量影响的试验.结果表明,桦褐孔菌菌丝生长的最适碳源为麦芽糖和葡萄糖,不同氮源和微量元素对菌丝生长均无明显影响;选用麦芽糖、Ca(NO3)2或蛋白胨、CuSO4或MnSO4的培养基菌丝多糖含量最高.

Abstract:The effects of different carbon sources,nitrogen sources,microelements on the mycelia growth of Inonotus obliquus and polysaccharide contents were studied,which showed that the optimum carbon sources of Inonotus obliquus were maltose and glucose;the nitrogen sources and microelements had no obvious effects on the mycelia growth;the mycelia in media containning maltose,Ca(NO_3)_2 or peptone,CuSO_4 or MnSO_4 had the highest polysaccharide contents.
