| 摘 要： | 公平是构建和谐社会的必然要求,只有社会公平,人与人、人与社会的关系才能融洽协调,人的积极性才能得以发挥,社会才有活力。实现社会公平,应促使全体社会成员实现权利平等,正确处理公平与效率的关系,消除体制障碍,建设橄榄型的社会分配机制,形成"两头小,中间大"的利益分配格局。

| Abstract: | Equality is the inevitable request of building the harmonious society.Only in a fair society,the relationship between person and person,person and society will be harmonious,people's enthusiasm will be shown,meanwhile,the society will be full of vitality.In order to achieve the social justice,we should promote all the citizens to achieve their rights equally,handle the relationship between equality and efficiency correctly,remove system obstacle,build an olivary social distribution mechanism,object "two large,intermediate small"pattern of distribution of interests. |
