| 摘 要： | 发展小城镇是实现农村现代化的必经之路。从生态学角度分析了人类活动与生态系统稳定性的关系,提出了发展小城镇要遵循当地的自然规律,借鉴当地人的传统生活习惯,城镇规模应控制在直径10 km以内,污染物排放在国家标准范围内尽量降低,建设具有地方特色的、规模适度的小城镇。
