| 摘 要： | 目前信贷资金作为四大国有商业银行的主营业务，信贷资产质量偏低，信贷资金效率低下，使得国看商行效益较差，已成为四大国有商行股份制改造和上市的羁绊，更使其很难应对国外金融机构的挑战。本文对信贷资金效率问题产生的影响和原因以及解决的途径提出了一些个人的观点。

| Abstract: | At present, credit funds constitute the major business services of the 4 principal state- owned commercial banks in China. However, the inferior quality and low efficiency of the credit funds have brought down their earnings, hindered their shareholding system transformation and become a burden in their response to the challenges from foreign financial machinery. This paper discusses these problems and offers some proposals for their solution. |
