摘    要:目的]研究圆形臂尾轮虫对抗生素的敏感性。方法]应用7.5mg/L呋喃唑酮、10mg/L土霉素、30mg/L林克霉素组成药浴,将轮虫置于其中,检测轮虫的存活率以及轮虫所携带细菌总数的变化,研究抗生素在圆形臂尾轮虫个体灭菌方面的适宜作用时间以及抗生素对轮虫种群生长的影响。结果]随着药浴时间的延长,轮虫所携带的细菌数量呈先上升后下降的趋势。药浴后24和48h观察,随着药浴时间的延长,轮虫的种群数量均呈先上升后下降的趋势,并且轮虫的数量达到顶峰后,在2.0min时逐渐减少。在抱卵率方面,药浴后24h,当药浴时间分别为0.1、0.5、1.0、3.0min时与对照组差异均不显著,药浴时间为2.0min时与对照组差异显著;药浴后48h,药浴0.1、0.5、1.0、2.0min组之间的差异不显著;而药浴3.0min组与其他各组之间存在显著差异。结论]抗生素对圆形臂尾轮虫的最佳作用时间为2.0min。

Abstract:Objective] The sensitivity of Brachionus rofundiformis to antibiotics was tested.Method] The survival rate of Brachionus rofundiformis and the number of bacteria carried by it were measured after the insect was soaked in the solution consisting of furazolidone of 7.5 mg/L,oxytetracycline of 10 mg/L and amphotericin of 30 mg/L,and then,the appropriate time of the antibiotics to the bacteria carried by individual insect and the effect of antibiotics on the population growth of insect were analyzed.Results]...
