摘    要:为揭示Ghrelin在绵羊卵母细胞的表达情况,运用实时定量RT-PCR技术检测不同培养系统中绵羊卵母细胞Ghrelin mRNA的相对表达量。结果表明,以M199和血清为基础培养基添加不同激素后培养的卵母细胞GhrelinmRNA相对表达量均显著上升,仅以M199为基础培养基添加不同激素后培养的卵母细胞Ghrelin mRNA相对表达量均显著下降。在不同基础培养基中添加不同激素后,E2较FSH和LH有促进Ghrelin mRNA相对表达量升高的趋势。绵羊卵母细胞Ghrelin mRNA的表达以及在不同培养系统动力学变化,提示了这一新型分子在卵母细胞成熟过程中受激素潜在的调控作用。

Abstract:Relative real-time RT-PCR experiments confirmed that the Ghrelin mRNA levels varied depending on the different culture systems,with the significantly high expression in the maturation base on the serum,whereas the oocytes significantly decline without serum.The levels of Ghrelin mRNA decreased affected by FSH and LH,the E2 showed promoting the Ghrelin mRNA both media.Dynamic changes and the persistent presence of the Ghrelin signaling system within oocytes open up the possibility of a potential regulatory role by hormones of this novel molecule in reproductive function.
