外源水杨酸对冷藏鸭梨呼吸电子传递链的影响

摘    要:试验研究了外源水杨酸对冷藏鸭梨的呼吸速率,细胞色素途径,交替呼吸途径,细胞色素氧化酶和超氧阴离子变化的影响。结果表明:水杨酸处理降低了呼吸速率,减少了超氧阴离子含量,降低了细胞色素途径和交替呼吸途径所占比例,其中0.002 mmol/L水杨酸处理效果最显著。细胞色素途径的变化趋势和细胞色素氧化酶活性的变化趋势基本一致,且呈极显著正相关(r=0.95**),表明细胞色素途径的呼吸强度受细胞色素氧化酶活性的调控;总呼吸的呼吸速率和超氧阴离子含量、细胞色素途径与交替呼吸途径的呼吸强度呈极显著相关(r=0.839**,0.675**,-0.99**),表明总呼吸强度受超氧阴离子含量和电子传递链呼吸强度的调控。因此,水杨酸在梨果实低温冷藏条件下通过调控超氧阴离子含量、电子传递链呼吸强度来抑制果实呼吸强度,延缓衰老,延长果实贮藏。

Abstract:The effect of exogenous salicylic acid was studied on respiration rate,cytochrome pathway,alternative pathway,cytochrome oxidase and superoxide anion content of Ya-li pears under cold-storage.The results indicated that the treatment of salicylic acid reduced respiratory rate,the content of superoxide anion,and the proportion of Cytochrome Pathway and alternative pathway,application of 0.002 mmol/L SA triggered the most obvious changes.The trend of the cytochrome pathway was positively correlated with activity of cytochrome oxidase(r=0.95* *).Respiratory intensity of cytochrome pathway was regulated by activity of cytochrome oxidase;The total respiration intensity and the content of superoxide anion were Significantly associated with respiration intensity of cytochrome pathway、alternative pathway(r=0.839* *,0.675* *,-0.99* *),The total respiration intensity was regulated by content of superoxide anion、respiration intensity of electron transport respiratory chain.The results showed that SA at different concentration regulated of restrain the fruit respiration intensity by content of superoxide anion,respiration intensity of electron transport respiratory chain under cold storage,as a result extend the storage period.
