玉米籽粒淀粉黏度性状的遗传效应分析

摘    要:以9个不同的玉米自交系为亲本,按照Griffing I双列杂交模式组配72个杂交组合,研究其淀粉黏度性状的遗传效应。结果表明:沉降值和回落值存在超中亲优势,其他性状存在超低亲优势。杂交组合的峰值黏度、谷值黏度、终值黏度、回落值与父本的相关系数大于母本;除糊化时间和糊化温度外,其他性状的广义遗传力均较高。峰值黏度、谷值黏度和终值黏度的狭义遗传力均达到了较高水平。谷值黏度和终值黏度的遗传变异主要以加性为主,沉降值的遗传变异主要以显性为主,其他性状的遗传变异加性和显性共同作用。

Abstract:A set of 9×9 full diallel(GriffingⅠ) crosses were made using nine different inbred lines of maize(Zea mays L.).Genetic Effect of starch RVA viscosity properties was studied.The results showed over-MP heterosis was detected in Breakdown(BD) and Setback(SB),respectively,and over-LP heterosis in other properties.Correlation coefficients of Peak Viscosity(PV),Trough Viscosity(TV),Final Viscosity(FV) and SB in hybrids between the male parent were greater than those with the female parent.Broad sense heritability(H2B) of other properties was relatively high except Peaktime(PT) and Pasting Temperature(PTP).The narrow sense heritability(H2N) of PV,TV and FV was also very high.Additive effect was the main factor of genetic variance for TV and FV.Dominance effect was the main factor of genetic variance for BD.Both additive and dominance effects were almost equally important factors of genetic variance for other starch RVA viscosity properties.
