培养基优化提高灰树花菌丝体的研究

摘    要:为缩短灰树花菌种扩培的时间,缩短灰树花的培养周期,以马铃薯、葡萄糖、蛋白胨、KH2PO4、VB1为因素,设计L16(45)正交实验,对灰树花液体菌种的最优发酵条件进行了研究。结果表明:最适合液体菌种制作的培养基为(g/L):马铃薯200,葡萄糖24,蛋白胨2.5,KH2PO41,VB1 0.005;采用优化后的培养基,灰树花菌丝干重由原始培养基的26 g/L提高到35.4 g/L。

Abstract:In order to decrease the period for culture of Grifola frondosa,the optimization of medium for growth of Grifola frondosa were studied.The potato,glucose,peptone,potassium dihydrogen phosphate and VB1 were chosen for designing the orthogonal experiment L16(45) and the optimal medium were(g/L):potato 200,glucose 24,peptone 2.5,KH2PO4 1 and VB1 0.005.Under the medium,the mycelium dry weight of Grifola frondosa increased to 35.4 g/L (26 g/L in initial medium).
