引种台湾用材树种红桧、光蜡树苗木繁育试验研究

摘    要:通过研究扦插育苗、种子育苗等一系列指标,比较了台湾红桧与福建柏、台湾光蜡树与白蜡树的育苗效果,结果表明:当用ABT处理时,引进树种红桧的扦插成活率均高于福建柏;光蜡树的成活率均高于白蜡树,3种浓度下,台湾红桧和福建柏的成活率间差异均达到极显著水平;浓度为40×10-6mol·L-1和80×10-6mol·L-1时,光蜡树和白蜡树的成活率间差异达到极显著水平,浓度为120×10-6mol·L-1时,这种差异只能达到显著水平。用NAA处理时,红桧的扦插成活率亦高于福建柏,80×10-6mol·L-1浓度时,二者的差异可达到极显著水平,40×10-6mol·L-1和120×10-6mol·L-1浓度时,二者的差异只能达到显著水平;光蜡树和白蜡树的成活率均有不同程度的提高,80×10-6mol·L-1浓度时,二者的差异可达到极显著水平,40×10-6mol·L-1浓度时,二者的差异只能达到显著水平,而120×10-6mol·L-1浓度时,2树种间无显著性差异。红桧和福建柏的发芽率和苗高的差异均达到极显著水平,而成苗率的差异达到显著水平,苗径的差异不能达到显著性水平。光蜡树与白蜡树的成苗率和苗高的差异均可达到极显著水平,而发芽率和苗径的差异不能达到显著水平。

Abstract:The results showed that the cutting survival rate of introduced species Chamaecyparis formosensis with ABT treatment was higher than that of Fokienia hodginsii with ABT treatment,that of Fraxinus formosana with ABT treatment was higher than that of F.chinensis with ABT treatment,the difference between the C.formosensis survival rate and F.hodginsii survival rate reached the extremely significant level under 3 concentrations; the difference between F.formosana survival rate and F.chinensis survival rate reached extremely significant level with the concentrations of 40×10~(-6)mol·L~(-1) and 80×10~(-6)mol·L~(-1),the difference only reached the significant level with the concentration of 120×10~(-6)mol·L~(-1).The cutting survival rate of C.formosensis with NAA treatment was higher than that of F.hodginsii with NAA treatment,the difference between the 2 ones might reach the extremely significant level with the concentration of 80×10~(-6)mol·L~(-1), the difference only reached the significant level with the concentrations of 40×10~(-6)mol·L~(-1) and 120×10~(-6)mol·L~(-1);the survival rates of F.formasana and F.chinensis increased in the different degrees,the difference might reach the extremely significant level with the concentration of 80×10~(-6)mol·L~(-1),it only reached the significant level with the concentration of 40×10~(-6)mol·L~(-1),there was not a significant difference between the survival rates of 2 tree species with the concentration of 120×10~(-6)mol·L~(-1).Both the differences between the germination rates and seedling heights of C.formosensis and F.hodginsii reached the extremely significant level,whereas the difference between the plant percents reached the significant level,the difference between the seedling stems couldn't reach the significant level.Both the differences between the plant rates and seedling heights of F.formosana and F.chinensis might reach the extremely significant level,whereas the differences between the germination rates and seedling heights couldn't reach the significant level.
