日粮苏氨酸水平对0~3周龄肉仔鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及免疫机能的影响

摘    要:选用360只1日龄体重相近的健康AA肉公雏,随机分成5组,每组6个重复。5个试验日粮可消化苏氨酸水平分别为0.53%、0、60%、0.67%、0.70%和0.73%。结果表明,日粮苏氨酸水平显著影响肉仔鸡日增重和饲料转化率,以生长性能为指标确定的可消化苏氨酸需要量为0.60%,Thr/Lys为60%。日粮中添加苏氨酸显著提高了肉仔鸡细胞免疫和体液免癌功能.

Abstract:Three hundred and sixty one-day aged AA broilers were randomly allocated to 5 dietary treatments with 6 replicates of 12 male chicks. Dietary digestive threonine levels were 0.53%,0.60%,0.67%,0.70%,0.73% for 5 trail diets, respectively. The results showedthat dietary threonine levels affected daily gain feed efficiency significantly. Immune function was significantly improved by Thr level.
