仔猪粪便中乳酸菌的分离、鉴定及其抑菌特性的研究

从健康仔猪新鲜粪便中分离到3株乳酸菌,并对其进行了属和种的生化鉴定,结果显示,菌株La与Lt均为嗜酸乳杆菌(Lactobacillus acidophilus),Ls为乳酸乳杆菌(Lactobacillus lactis)。对分离的3株乳酸菌的代谢产物进行了体外抑菌试验研究,结果表明,3株乳酸菌的代谢产物对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都有较明显的抑制作用;对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果最好,沙门氏菌次之,对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果相对较弱。
