广东省烟草种质资源特异性分析

2007年对172份广东省保存的烟草种质资源进行特异性分析。试验结果表明:烟草种质资源形态特征的差异主要表现在株型、叶形等特征;主要性状差异表现在株高、茎围、节距、叶数、叶长、叶宽等性状,其变幅分别为80.60～326.20cm、5.65～12.87cm、1.03～9.46cm、11.60～59.00片、37.30～77.20cm、15.20～38.00cm,变异系数分别为13.35%、8.82%、24.30%、18.62%、9.25%、15.48%;生育期的差异主要表现在苗龄、移栽至现蕾天数、移栽至中心花开放天数和全生育期,其变幅分别介于44.0～78.0d、27.0～92.0d、35.0～115.0d、121.0～223.0d,变异系数分别为8.5%、8.0%、9.2%、6.9%。

Study of the tobacco germplasm resources in Guangdong province seed catalog and update

In the year of 2007,172 tobacco resources stored in Guangdong province were specific analysis. The results showed that: tobacco germplasm resources morphology differences mainly manifested in the plant type, leaf shape; main characters of the difference in plant height, stem girth, pitch, leaf number, leaf length, leaf width and other traits, and its change mcreases were 80.60-326.20 cm, 5.65～12.87 cm. 1.03～9.46 cm, 11.60 ～59.00 chip, 37.30～77.20 cm. 15.20～38.00 cm, coefficients of variation were 13.35%, 8.82%, 24.30%, 18.62%, 9.25%, 15.48%; reproductive age difference mainly reflected in seedlings, transplanting to squaring the number of days, transplanted to the Center flower blooming period and the whole growth period, and its variation, respectively, between 44.0～78.0 days, 27.0～92.0 days, 35.0～115.0 days.121.0～223.0 days. coefficients of variation were 8.5%, 8.0%. 9.2%, 6.9%.
