楸树优良家系苗期选择研究

[目的]对楸树优良家系的苗期选择进行研究。[方法]采集楸树种子,通过楸树家系苗期选择,培育优良家系苗木;营建家系子代测定林,采用完全随机区组设计,观测调查楸树生长量,进行方差分析和差异显著性检验;采用指数选择法进行综合选择。[结果]苗期选择筛选出76个参试楸树家系优株;参试楸树家系苗高达显著差异,地径达极显著差异;采用指数选择法初选26个家系,其中,有3个单株表现出明显的生长优势,经无性测定,可望形成楸树新无性系。[结论]为选择楸树优良基因型提供了可能,为楸树家系选择奠定了基础。
