基于SCP框架下的我国银行业组织分析

银行业作为我国金融产业的主体，伴随着我国经济的发展已经形成了一定的体系，但随着国有商业银行股份制改革和外资银行的进入，整个产业格局处在动荡中。笔者以产业组织理论中哈佛学派的SCP范式为基本分析框架，分析我国银行业的市场结构、市场行为与市场绩效，指出目前我国银行业存在的问题，并提出发展我国银行业的几点建议。

AN SCP FRAMEBASED ANALYSIS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF CHINA＇S BANKING INDUSTRY

As the chief part of our country＇s financial industry, banking has formed a certain system with the development of economy in China. However, along with the advances of the joint-stock reform of state-owned commercial banks and the entering of foreign capital banks, the entire industrial pattern is in the state of turbulence. The authors take the SCP model in the industrial organization theory of the Harvard school as the basic frame and analyzes our country＇s banking industry, including its market mechanism, the market behavior and the market performance, point out the present problems that exist in our banking industry, and propose several suggestions, about developing the our banking industry.
