Preliminary Discussion on the Listing of Rural Commercial Bank:Significance,Challenge and Suggestion

Based on the attention and consideration on the IPO of rural commercial bank,the significance of the listing of rural commercial bank were discussed from aspects such as capital adequacy,normalizing self-management and information disclosure system,establishing cross-region development basis,optimizing incentive mechanism and diversifying capital management method.The relationship between economic benefit and the "Three Agriculture" support,structure optimization of internal corporate governance and ownership structure,talents construction,incentive mechanism innovation were analyzed.It was pointed out that the listing of rural commercial bank might face challenge,and relevant suggestions were put forward.
