广州市某绿色和有机蔬菜基地土壤中四环素类抗生素的含量与分布特征

摘    要:利用高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)分析方法,探讨了广州地区施用粪肥的"绿色蔬菜基地"和"有机蔬菜基地"土壤中4种四环素类抗生素(四环素、土霉素、金霉素和强力霉素)的含量与分布特征。结果表明:土壤中4种四环素类抗生素的总含量在0.11~48.45μg·kg-1之间,平均为12.64μg·kg-1;各抗生素的检出率为69%~92%,平均含量为0.98~6.59μg·kg-1,以土霉素为主;有机蔬菜基地土壤中四环素类抗生素的平均总含量比绿色蔬菜基地土壤中的高;同一基地不同品种蔬菜地土壤中4种四环素类抗生素的组成及含量特征有一定差异。研究区土壤中四环素类抗生素的含量低于土壤中抗生素生态毒害效应触发值(100μg·kg-1),对土壤生物群落结构与功能的生态毒害风险较小。
